- Favourite Chinese Vegetarian Cookhouse in Singapore
The selections at this cookhouse is less about being authentic, but more because they are meatless and beefless interpretations of Singaporean Chinese hawker foodfare, and at affordable prices. Whether laksa till carrot cake, loh mee till mixed rice, this outlet accompanied me through survival beyond carnism when I was working in the city area. A walking distance from my Greencrossing Pte Ltd office at 110 Middle Road when I first started out as a proprietor.
