The total amount of time it took to serve our food - fried sweet and sour abalone, abalone with seasonal veg, mapo tofu, and white rice - was around 15min MAX. That is very very fast considering everything appears to be made on the spot. The waiters are very friendly, and because the dimsum was sold out we only had the Zi char dishes. They were a little too oily/gooey for my liking, but that’s what would’ve been expected from a Zi char place. Even so, the oil did not overpower the flavour of each dish, which made up for the overuse of potato starch.
