We had lunch at Latitude 59 on a Sunday when most other places are not open in Homer. At first glance the menu seemed impossibly sparse for a vegan, but upon inquiring the staff were completely knowledgeable of options and informed us of the house-smoked tofu that is not on the menu but can be swapped for any protein on the menu. be made a salad.
