- Vegan options if asked
The menu has a "Vegetarian" section (not a separate menu), which consisted of a number of items that could be made vegan. Our server wasn't very familiar with what was vegan on the menu but once she went to the kitchen, she came back with a list from the Chef herself with what she can do vegan. The Eggplant "Mignon" With Chickpeas was very good - highly recommended. We also got the Purple Potato & Mushrooms Ceviche Peruvian Causa, and a salad which had pecans, figs, and caramelized onions. Finally, for dessert, they were able to come up with a vegan plate that had coconut cream, some jello-type thing (made with agar), and mini raw brownies. It was very tasty. This is an expensive place, but it is one of the more highly rated restaurants in PR.
