More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Primarily ethical reasons, I don't believe animals are ours to do with as we please. I also feel better and healthier on a plant-based diet.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Happy Cow has been invaluable while traveling for finding interesting new vegan restaurants. I want to give back to that community.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I'm crazy about spaghetti squash when its in season. I can eat several entire squashes a week just by myself in the Fall. I also like a good pizza, my favorite store bought one is Amy's No Cheese.
