• Amazing!!!

We visited Landare for lunch. We were so eager that we arrived before 1pm, but the door did not open until 1 on the dot. Straight away we were seated and were able to pick a table. The servers told us they did not speak English or French so I had to try my terrible Spanish but we seemed to be able to communicate anyway. They knew a few words of English and that worked out well. The menu was posted outside and again we were given a menu when we sat. There were at least 5 options in the starters, main and dessert and additionally bread, water and wine was included in the menu. We really liked the traditional look of the restaurant and it was very clean. We ordered and the food arrived pretty fast. As a starter we got the Vietnamese roll which had lettuce, vermicelli in mayo and carrot, our friend got a lentil stew. For main, between the 3 of us we got a vegetable pie and oat balls. Everything was absolutely excellent, perfectly flavoured and spiced. For dessert we got tiramisu and chocolate cake with ice cream. It was delicious, the best tiramisu I have ever had. Our server were so friendly and explained everything the best they could. We were super impressed with the food, the restaurant and the people there. It is a very easy 5 stars!! To top it off, we thought we food was very reasonably priced based on the quantity of food and drinks. Highly recommend this place in San Sebastián!
