• Don't understand why this place isn't better known.

I love this place. It's in the foyer of legendary Amsterdam club Melkweg, which gives it a lovely atmosphere, you can just feel all the wrecked out party vibes behind the main doors. That aside, it's the only place in Amsterdam I know to get really good, American comfort food. Burgers, Chilli, Burritos ect, all massive portions with good sides and sauces. The menu changes daily and you can check their facebook to see what's on each day. The staff are super, super friendly and really seem to want you to be happy with their place - which it's hard not to be! They seem to be offering more vegan mains now, it used to be that there was normally only one vegan choice but the last two times I've been there's been a much wider choice. Hooray for that. Please note though that the afternoon menu doesn't have anything vegan on it!! They normally have something left over that they can make for you but you'll have to ask for it. It's a shame actually, in the evening they're really making the effort.
