- Good vegan brunch-ish options
Esselon offers a vegan Benedict and a breakfast scramble that look like small portions but are satisfying. Soups are sometimes vegan, and salad options are available. Staff are always knowledgeable about the vegan options, and baked goods and desserts are sometimes offered. I agree with the previous posting that the coffee is superb, and in addition the tea menu is extensive. This is a great destination for groups of vegans and non-vegans, as omnivores love the menu. The atmosphere is fun, open, and sometimes loud as it is a popular, bustling cafe. Outdoor and semi-outdoor seating is available.
