- The Potato is always there for you
All that can be said about The Baked Potato Shop has been said already. The lack of space is a real bummer. Yet, it is an institution in Edinburgh and never disappoints you. Had a tatty there again today, as many times before. My favorite toppings are vegan haggis, quinoa-beetroot-salad and chickpea salad.
