I ended up having lunch at Wagamama basically because I did not have time to go anywhere else. Like it was alread mentioned, the menu has some vegetarian plates, so it's necessary to confirm which are vegan (e.g., the soba noodles have egg). I had the warm chili tofu salad, which I paired with rice; just to balance the flavors. The salad costs 139 SEK (a bit less than 15 EUR), so while I don't consider it to be expensive, it would be fair if it could cost a bit less (espcially if you compare to the vegan buffet at Herman's which costs cheaper!). One recommendation, if you go during lunch time, it could get pretty packed, so you could try calling them to reserve a table in advance if you want to avoid waiting. Because the place was full, the service was a bit slow (friendly, though).
