- Vegan BLT sandwich totally hit the spot
Upon entering Dharma's in Capitola, CA. I immediately felt comfortable. The walls were covered in beautiful art, there were adorable old plastic animals and dinosaurs around all of the booths for anyone to play with while their food is being prepared, casual cafeteria style seating and pick-up. The meal was a "BLT", the "B" being Seitan cleverly seasoned to fool even the pickiest of omnivores. I chose to have avocado instead of mayo(they have vegan versions of that as well), the sandwich was filling and came with a side of crispy fries and a delicious crunchy dill pickle spear.
