- Excellent Zaozi Shu Tradition
This is one of four Vegetarian Lifestyle (Jujube, or Zaozi Shu) restaurants in Shanghai. They also have one located in Chengdu, and another one in Ningbo cities. The food is excellent, but the price tends toward the high end of the moderate range. The portions, though, are good sized (not exceptionally large). This location we did not find anyone that spoke English. The menu, although in Chinese does have pictures and that should be sufficient. The wait staff was quite pleasant and friendly. They take Alipay (支付宝) which is handy. Although convenient to get to via the #6 line, it may not be easy to find. Go to the north side of the Stadium, main entrance and take the elevator the the third floor.
