• Great food and service!

So happy I got to finally try Ethos! We were greeted and seated very quickly. Our server was Bella and she was super friendly and attentive. Our glasses were always refilled way before they were empty. Since this was our first time we asked for some recommendations. She suggested the sausage rolls appetizer so we tried it. AMAZING!! I could have eaten two plates of that alone! They make their sausage from eggplant which I've never heard of. The texture was perfect and it was very flavorful. The Dijon dipping sauce, however, made the dish! My boyfriend got the tempeh entree. He was very happy with it. I tried a few bites and thought it was very good. Nice amount of flavor and spice. I had the chicken gyro with side of chips and salsa. It was pretty tasty. I think I have perfected vegan tzatziki so I didn't like theirs as much. Overall, it was a great sandwich though! Both entrees were generous portions so we had leftovers. We didn't order dessert but I did try a sample of their double chocolate chip cookie. So good!! Can't wait to go back and try their other dishes!
