Although Velo Burrito is vegetarian, everything can be made vegan. They use some sort of cashew preparation to replace the cheese in the vegan versions. I've sampled a few burritos and the Johnny is the winner so far : moist, full of flavors, etc. The Some Like It Hot Salad and Nachos are fabulous as well. The delivery is pretty quick and the food is still hot upon arrival.
