- Bangin' vegan-friendly bakery!
Absolutely not to be missed. This bakery is hands down one of the most amazing food destinations in Siem Reap. Vegan pretzels, bagels & pastries, what more could you want. As we visited at Easter, the whole place smelled of heavenly hot-cross buns fresh from the oven. For your tea or coffee, plant-based milk is available on request. When we visited, the vegan sweet on offer was a bakewell tart, which was to die for, almond frangipane atop a beautiful jam on a melt-in-your mouth shortbread crust. The vegan bagel with cashew cheese was the perfect start to the day and the pretzels travel well for a take-away snack.
