  • Oasis in a small town with little veg options

First of all, the woman working in Soya is really nice and helpful. I was so happy to find a milk-alternative in El Tunco, since the next supermarket with soy-milk in stock is in La Libertad, 15 min away by car. They do their own cashew-nut-milk (with honey, but I'm sure that she would leave the honey out if wanted), coconut-milk and soy-milk. They also sell gluten-free granola and brownies, peanut butter and cashew-nut-butter. It's mainly a juice bar with, unfortunately, only 2 food options and 2 salad options (one with chicken). But the vegan ceviche is really yummy, specially at lunchtime with 28 ºC outside. Updated from previous review on Wednesday February 25, 2015
