- just in the right place
the (small) menu, the taste, the (un)availability of items,... it's all pretty much the same as in cafe soleil on 278 street. so i won't write about it here again. but i was rather pleased to finally find a vegetarian restaurant right at the russian market. easy enough to find and open long hours. it might be just the place vegetarians in phnom penh always needed before or after extensive shopping in the russian market. if you're up to something exotic: try the fried mango, with tofu and mushrooms.
