It seems we saved the best for last by going to Forrest Bistro before heading back home to Vienna. First off: the atmosphere was way cosier than it looks on the pictures. Unfortunately, there is no english menu yet, since they'd just changed it but the waitress was super friendly and translated everything for us. We chose two starters: the cheese platter and the oyster mushroom paté, both of which were not only delicious but also beautifully plated. Then we had the daily special, tomato sauce with seitan steaks and bread dumplings and the pita burger. And of course, because we just couldn't help it, we had to have cake as dessert. Peanut butter cheesecake and carrot cake, which were both freshly made during our visit. We've tried a bunch of vegan restaurants in Prague over the years but this one definitely wins.
