Great effort, that of preparing traditional specialities in veg version! Results are very interesting and the staff, kind and professional, is happy to support with explanations as well as with vegan options. The design and the artistic decoration, aimed at maximising the re-use of materials, is excellent. Beautiful garden, wonderful house. A bit out of the historic centre. Moderately expensive (expensive for a vegetarian)
