- All vegan food!
We had a great meal at V Roast Bistro in ABQ. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The Breakfast Burrito with christmas chili sauce really was great as was the veggie burger too. The soup seem more canned stock than fresh and was the only low point food wise. The blueberry muffin and chocolate chip cookie were both delish. The pound of coffee beans taken home has been great too. Check out V Roast Bistro.
