In fact, our prices are set lower than what we would actually need to fully cover the work and costs involved in running the restaurant. Raising prices to reflect this would make our dishes noticeably more expensive, which we’d prefer to avoid. On portion sizes, we normally receive very positive feedback, but it looks like your puffer came out smaller than it should have. We sincerely apologize for that – they are usually bigger, and we have fed that back to the kitchen. We really appreciate your support and hope to welcome you back soon!
