We are highly specialized purveyor of raw, vegan dishes, though we do have some cooked items. Nearly 98% of those who patronize our establishment understand the raw, vegan concept. We are always willing to explain, help and assist the 2% who may not be aware or knowledgeable of the raw, vegan concept. As vegans and those with dietary restrictions (gluten intolerance, etc), our choices are limited when dining out. We exist as a restaurant to give vegans an opportunity to eat out and do so without cross contamination with meat or dairy products. We hope you reconsider.
