Hello Emilie, Thank you again for your explanation. As I mentioned before, I understand the situation. And, as I also wrote, I'm still thinking of going again to HOPE, because I liked the food (and I want to support 100% vegan places too). My review is based on the experience I had when I visited, so, if next time I go I have a better experience, I will of course change my review for a better one. Good luck and see you soon, Ricardo
