What a shame... But in the meantime it is easier to find places in the area, that offer vegan dishes in their menu like Ustria Aurora in Falera hast 2 of them, Bündnerstube by Hapimag offers 3 vegan dishes, one of them locally inspired and a bunch of vegetarian (haven't been there). In the Brochure about Winter and Spring, there are several restaurants mentionned having vegan and vegetarian dishes. Unfortunately, on the webpage of flimslaax there is only a vegetarian filter...
