You know, for 12 weeks straight we ran a most amazing vegan and vegetarian restaurant, and the response was devastating! Eventually shut down the kitchen except for vegan and veg and GF cakes! Our venue at least took out a meat-prep place and rebuilt the kitchen from the ground up ... our boards and walls have never seen one single meat dish, nor our plates, nor our cutlery. and so a bit upsetting we get 2 stars for trying, and for investing 6-figure sums to get rid of a meat venue? So how about you Give Me a Break?
