Dear Marsi. Let us first point out that we àre a non-vegan bistro, but we wanted to let people with other food preferences feel at home as well, so that’s why we launched vegan dishes from the opening on. We work with a seasonal menu thus it’s very normal that some dishes leave the menu to be replaced or come back later in the year. Starting October 13th, for instance, we launch 2 vegan oven dishes. Oh, and the croquettes you mentioned were on the suggestion board. A vol au vent (…) and a vegan burger was ordered, and that is what you received. You then noticed that the vol au vent was non-vegan -as ordered- and mentioned that to the co-owner. No questions asked, we prepared the vegan edition for you without charging it to your bill. Compensation? We do our very best to serve vegan dishes and are still growing in creativity in that matter. Too bad we could not meet your expectations, as always exceptions confirm the rule.
