Thank you for taking the time to reply! I would love to come back if I visit New York again on another occasion! In my experience, fries have been those long fried pieces of potato, usually thin, but I understand that other people might like their fries differently, in different shapes and differently cooked! As long as the way you make fries works for you I think you should just continue making them that way! An idea could be to make it more explicit that the fries will not look like the prototypical fries one might associate with fries. Again, thank you so much for replying, I praise you for good customer service!
