All of the mock meats are organic and between 80 and 100 percent of the produce is organic. There are seasonal shortages that cause him to buy conventional produce, but he strives to buy all organic when possible! I'm sorry about the confusion, so I would like to offer you a free meal at any of the stores. We want everyone who comes to our restaurant to leave happy and satisfied.
