Also, we can assure you that everything we do is made in-house and in small batches, from soaking the lentils and rice to frying the vada, grinding and fermenting the dosa batter and steaming the idli. Everything is made by us in the restaurant and always has been. You are more than welcome to chat with the chef next time if you have any questions or concerns!
