Thanks for write ups. Yep. Food cost is quit something. Using premium ingredients in small scale is challenging to bring retail price to budget eats in the high rents neighborhood. Will do better to figure out how to balance having business that can pay for itself and provide good quality and pay the bills and people working here. Thanks for the thought.
