Good morning, many thanks for your feedback. I must say I am a bit confused because we have been on holidays since 8th September. So when and where did you eat our waffles? Our waffles are home-made, freshly backed and they are the real deal with pieces of sugar inside. A really Liège waffle is soft and caramelised, not crunchy or hard. Our waffles are also 100% vegan and biological and do not contain preservatives or fake aroma's. They are best eaten fresh, on the spot. The price is very fair for a 100% home-made, plantbased and biological waffle. If you felt something was wrong with the waffle when you were in our shop, why did you not mention it to us immediately? We would most likely have given you another waffle. Instead you feel it neccesary to share your negative feedback on social media, when we have been closed for several days, instead of talking to us in person at the time when you bought the waffle.
