Nice to read the glowing review you gave! Thank you! I think I was there that day (I'm the owner). Funny because I just got back from a short trip to Tokyo and ate in 3 good vegetarian restaurants. Brown Rice Cafe (Shibuya), Eat More Greens (Azabu Juban) and a macrobiotic one on top of Isetan at Shinjuku. They were all very good I thought. And yes, must improve on our salad. Not my expertise.
