Good Morning zeyumwang, We sincerely apologize for what happened – what happened is not acceptable. All our employees are required to wear a cap whenever they are handling the products. The whole team has already been informed of what happened to make sure that all the hairs are even inside the cap so that it doesn't happen again. Once again our apologies and thanks for the alert.
