Thank you for the compliment. Well, we have been in business almost 30 years. Product quality and customer satisfaction are always our top priorities. All products are made from scratch, in small batches, by real people. 'Very hit or miss' does not describe our product quality. As should any food manufacturing company or small food business, we take any product complaint - however rare it may be - very seriously and offer an immediate remedy to the situation.
