Hey Jahubbard, I appreciate your honest feedback here, and I’m sorry we didn’t quite make the mark on our bread. You see, our bread is a housemade vegan sourdough bread, so the “floral flavor” you’ve mentioned may be due to the fermentation process it goes through to break down into a more easily digestible bread, lowering the gluten content. As for the price, please be mindful that, as of the time of this review, sale taxes are included in the price. Also, we are located in downtown Williamsburg, which is known for its high rent. That is because most of our customers are tourists and students, so it's important for us to be near CW and W&M. On top of that, we do our best to provide local and organic ingredients and make everything ourselves, so we can ensure we can cater to people with different dietary requirements, while also supporting our community. Nevertheless, we will be rolling out some updates on our menu fairly soon, so I encourage you to come back and check us out again soon to see what’s new!
