We were told no MSG used (whereas MSG is used at some of the other Vegetarian Chinese buffets in London). I'm not a follower of the Supreme Master. However I'm glad they are promoting veganism for health reasons, for the animals, and for the planet, rather than just opening a veggie restauarnt to make money.
