This ethos and mission extend into every aspect of our business. To be vegan doesn’t just mean to abstain from eating meat! We use only the freshest organic vegetables and fruits sourced from sustainable farms that pay their workers a fair wage. We also pay a fair and livable wage to our employees. We wash our dishes and floors with organic, biodegradable and vegan products! Our margins for operating are higher than other restaurants that sell meat and our ideal patron is more highly specific. Our business simply couldn’t exist without robust patronage. And, we are eternally grateful to the vegan community for understanding this and validating our work with their continued visits.
