At Cafe Byron Bay we always try to use organic ingredients for all our vegan and vegetarian dishes, at the same time we try to buy local products as much as we can, in order to support the small business around our area. Perhaps that's the main reason why you found some of our dishes a bit pricey compared to other restaurants in Japan. We will try to adjust our prices when we change our menu in the near future.
