Dear Customer Thank you so much for taking time to write us a review and for your feedback. We are obviously very disappointed to read of your bad experience as this should never happen We are in a transition period as we are re-branding and about to launch a new menu so I am totally gutted to read that we have lost focus on the things we have been doing so well for over a year, no excuse! We have also employed a number of new staff members whom are still in training which might explain the lack of knowledge. Once again, no excuse!
