Hello Luna, we are sorry you feel this way. Price is something that should not be considered in the rating as this was known when you made the purchase. It's a bit like buying a Mercedes and giving it 2 stars because of the price even the car itself is high quality and drives well. It's funny that you don't like the seating as we have many customers who enjoy it and stay for hours to have meetings and even work on their laptops. Our burgers are not processed, they are COOKED and SEASONED just like any other vegan burgers. We only use organic whole food ingredients to make the patties. Also, we do not charge for ketchup for long time already, we opened just for beta testing when you came and i announced with that disclaimer. Obviously you missed that and expected perfection from day 1. Feeling sad, Blessings
