I have reviewed you case in depth now in the hope of fixing whatever was wrong with the food and service. To my surprise I found the following from our surveillance recordings and while talking to my staff. 1. You did clearly order regular potatoes as you were pointing your index finger on the photo on the menu, 2. you ordered a second cheese burger after having finished the first one. 3. You both seemed to enjoy the Mac'n'Cheese very much, 4. I didn't see any negative signs nor did you tell my staff that anything was wrong with the experience. In fact you seemed happy and really like the food. 5. You never met the owners as we were out restocking this time and you were probably referring to our counter staff. Yes, Cheeseburger is a small 150g meal, but it's made from organic and expensive ingredients including actual black truffles, the price level was known to you before making the purchase. These facts put in question your motives of leaving such a negative review. All that being said, our policy still stands, if you were unhappy in any way you are entitled to a full refund.
