Thank you for the praise Olive, you guys were so beautiful. We use the same Cheddar style cheese for both Mac'n'Cheese and the burger. It's made from coconut oil and is quite expensive, I might consider offering double-cheese option for people who like more cheesy mac and don't mind spending few extra bucks :D
