I would like to confirm that we do not use any salt or pepper (or MSG) in the preparation of all our dishes purposely so this is a further challenge we have to delivery tasty dishes. In a nutshell, we are happy not to 'cheat' and take such reviews as a challenge to improve ? Regarding the mushrooms inside the ravioli, we use Oyster mushrooms and dried mushrooms (to increase flavor) which are then blended with the other ingredients.
