Please refer to lawsuit at Clark County District Court A-18-776279-C Message from the Executive Chef and Owner of Veggie House Restaurant I am reporting to have this posting removed as it violated the rules and procedures of HappyCow. 1) It violated #2 reasons stated under HappyCow that the comments were used as personal attacks and issues with the business or management. It attacks the business and management and it’s not a pure review of the food. 2) It violated #4 reasons, that this review is putting-down Veggie house solely to promote another business. The review commented on another business - Chef Kenny’s new place and ask patron’s to check it out. 3) It violated #5 reasons, the review constituted a legal slander to Veggie house. The comment that Veggie House is a fake as the Chef & co-owner was ousted and he now has Chef Kenny’s Asian Vegan Cuisine. There was no ousting and there is a pending suit against Kenny in the Clark County District Court A-18-776279-C. This is not a true statement reflecting what has taken place between Kenny and the remaining owner. 4) It violated #6 reasons, that this review did not include a review of the food, atmosphere, dining experience, just ranting/complaining about Veggie House. Based on the provided reasons, the owner of Veggie House have request HappyCow to immediately remove this unacceptable content as it contents hateful comments, slandering, and ranting to promote competition, which is in direct violation of HappyCow’s rules and procedures.
