The owner is a Thai woman who's been vegetarian her whole life. Each day she cooks a selection of 6 or so main dishes which include spicy curries and stir-fry veggies plus sides like fried tofu and vegan sausage. Directions: Wigh your back facing the Mekong, walk down Nittayo Rd and turn right down Bamrung Muang Rd, the restaurant is a few houses down on your right, look for big yellow banners.
