Serves a variety of 100% vegan/vegetarian North Indian, South Indian, and Indian-Chinese cuisines. Has a dosa corner consisting of 58 varieties of dosas, served with chutneys and Sambar. Uses only fresh ingredients with no preservatives and no reused oil.
