Yes, I believe he really is vegan as is the whole family now I think. Also, nearly all the original Black Sabbath line up are now vegan. Bill Ward and Geezer Butler are too!

I was wrong. He only lasted a short time on a vegan diet. He and his wife Sharon are now Atkins diet enthusiasts :< Oh well, at least Geezer and Bill are still passionate about veganism.
