## 4cm Jeans Belt in Tan The 4cm Jeans Belt is built around a roller buckle with a heavy squared frame in brushed silver, the kind of fastening that suits denim rather than tailoring. The roller turns as you feed the strap through, so the prong drops into the hole without forcing it and the vegan leather wears along its length instead of creasing at one point. There's a real weight to it in the hand. At 4cm the strap fills a jean loop properly and holds a line across the hip, and the end is tapered to a soft point so it lies flat through the keeper. ### Construction - Handmade in a small family-run workshop in Portugal - Strap made from two pieces of vegan leather, bonded face to face and then stitched through for a thick, flexible strap that holds its shape across the width and bends comfortably around the waist - Edges skived down before they're closed, so the strap tapers at the sides rather than sitting square - Strap and keeper double-stitched along their length - Hand-stitched details - Solid metal buckle with a rolling bar to help the strap slide through, set on a folded and stitched end - Pin and frame of the buckle made as one solid piece rather than plated over a hollow core The strap is made in the same vegan leather as Will's Vegan Shoes footwear, so order the same colour name for a matching finish and shade. Presented in a cotton drawstring dust bag. ### Composition - Strap: vegan leather with a PU surface on a viscose backing, made in Italy - Buckle: zamak, a zinc alloy - Dust bag: cotton ### Care Wipe with a soft damp cloth and let it air dry, away from radiators and direct sun. No solvents, no polish, no heat. If it gets caught in the rain, pat it dry rather than leaving it wet. Store it in its dust bag, rolled rather than folded, so the vegan leather doesn't take a crease at the buckle end. Made in Portugal.
