Not helpful with gf options
I asked what could be made gluten free and they were very unhelpful and I had to keep asking if certain options were possible and then they would say no, this happened several times and could not tell me what I could eat. As a coeliac this is something I have to be very careful with and it is so irritating when restaurants are unwilling to help with dietary requirements. They actually told me that it’s too hard to make vegetarian food gluten free at that point I just got up and left with out ordering because I knew that it was not safe for me to eat there. Gluten free people I would would not recommend this place for us. Really unhappy with my experience. Get some gluten free soy sauce and an allergy menu! It’s not that hard 😒I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

My family are vegetarian and have been to every vegetarian eatery in Brisbane, at least once.

I pressed 'submit' on the QR code based menu and it brought me back to the submit page. So, I submitted again. Same result. So I went to the counter to seek assistance.
The young man said 'you haven't submitted. Do it again.' While he was busy fiddling with something. No eye contact. I took his advice and this time it went through. I told him it was strange it hadn't done that before even though I'd submitted.
'If you say so', was his snide reply. Again, no eye contact.
'Hey man, no need for that attitude. It's technology, you know. That's why I came up to get help', I said.
He maintained he didn't have an attitude. The fiddling continued.
His Mum (I assume it was his mum) asked him something. He said something in an Asian language. And they both laughed at me.
Unbelievable.
Not only is the customer 'not right' but they are an idiot who can be mocked in another language to their face. Sheer arrogance.
We walked out.
We like to support vegetarian restaurants but won't be supporting this one. It's the second time we've had a bad experience here. Once bitten, twice shy, won't give them a third chance.
