Great atmosphere, was open until 10 PM on a holiday, which was appreciated while on vacation. There are quite a few vegan options and as the menu states tell your waiter or waitress that you’re vegan, because I told the waitress I was vegan and then she discouraged me from getting the miso soup which I greatly appreciated. She was very knowledgeable and told us about the area and it was overall a great experience. I had the veg head rolls and the sweet potato rolls. They were both excellent I would go back.

Vegan sushi options but very small - Edit
We did takeout and tried all of the vegan sushi options they had. While they were simple they were not worth going back for. Very small rolls and nothing special. A little pricey for what you got.

A Great Dinner! - Edit
We decided to check out Yoshi Sushi for dinner our last night in Stowe after seeing it on Happy Cow and it was great! They're menu is huge and contains a large variety of Asian cuisine so there's something for everyone. We ordered a sweet potato roll as an appetizer and then tofu pad Thai, broccoli & tofu and an order of veggie fried rice to split. All were delicious! And great portion sizes for the price, we had plenty to take home! The fried rice does come with egg if you forget to ask for it without like me but I don't worry about cross contamination much so I just avoided the egg pieces since I was sharing with omnivores anyways. Our server was friendly and the restaurant had plenty of seating. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Asian Fare - Edit
Yoshi Sushi offers Chinese and Japanese food in a regular sit-down fashion or with a Hibachi arrangement. The reasonably-priced food is delicious and is served in good portions. There are very many vegan options, and tofu is substituted for meat in traditional Chinese dishes such as Sesame Chicken and General Gau's Chicken. The tofu option is listed on the menu and is made to order - no having to ask your server to "make it vegan."
